Years of working with Jackfruit led us to partner culinary experts and nutritionists for further innovation. Our team make good use of the time during the prolonged lockdown of the Covid-19 Pandemic to advance this work. The global pandemic crisis also heightened the urgency of eating right. Our initial goal was simple; to preserve the farmers harvests and support their livelihood and find ways to use this super ingredient.
